Holistic Galaxy Information

CGBS provides healing and green living consultation services including yoga, personal training, bodybuilding, fat loss, fitness modeling, nutrition counseling, vertical pole fitness, and more. We offer a total mind-body approach to alleviate symptoms of illness and disease by achieving lifestyle balance. We believe that “dis-ease” is merely a symptom of a deeper condition, and as such we must consider spiritual, emotional, and psychological aspects of a whole person, in addition to physical attributes, to elicit permanent and lasting change. In contrast to simply masking symptoms with drugs or surgery, our specialists seek to establish a healthful mind-body connection and integrate sound life choices which promote strong immunity and alkaline body pH, while eliminating toxins and contaminants. Holistic Healers may employ a range of modalities including massage, Reiki, detoxification, cognitive behavior therapy, life coaching and counseling, nutritional therapy, hypnotherapy, relaxation techniques, vitamins, supplements, herbal remedies, exercise, aromatherapy, Chinese Medicine, dietary consultation, and even music. The Holistic philosophy is one of wholeness. It is a journey of discovery. It is an idea that we are all connected to each other and to the Earth, and by living better, and thinking better, we become better. Holistic medicine is accepting, tolerant, welcomes diversity, and embraces uniqueness.
