Hispanic Information

Over the last few months, the Fiesta Committee has worked hard to organise and work out the best way to move forward, in light of the current pandemic sweeping Melbourne. For 41 yrs, Rain, Hail or Shine, we have proceeded in joy and with Love. Now in its 42nd year, Unfortunately, after many conversations with State and Local Government, we have realised that we will not be able to proceed. Due to the requirements of social distancing, Stage 4 lockdown (and potentially stage 3 by November), we have had to make the very difficult decision to postpone until a later date. As we know more, we will pass this information on to you, our beloved community! In the meantime, we thank you for your continued support and hope to see you all at the 42nd Fiesta! We wish you all well, and hope everyone is keeping safe! Now in its 42nd year, The Fiesta continues to celebrate Hispanic Latin American Culture with thanks to the support of the City of Yarra and the thousands who flock every year to Johnston Street to participate and celebrate in this fabulous two-day event.
