Hands Across the World MN Information

Hands Across the World is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization that provides free medical and surgical care, every year, to children and those in need in developing countries. Our dedicated team of surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, therapists and volunteers give their time and skills to those who sincerely need it without receiving any compensation. It's a gift of the heart by those who want to make a difference in the world. Our organization is funded entirely by donations. Typically, this consists of supplies and/or money given by organizations and hospitals, or perhaps by individuals, just like you. Thanks to the hard work of our volunteers, we keep very low administrative overhead costs, which allows us to ensure that more than 95% of all donations go directly to patient care. Our vision is to partner in the process of achieving collaborative excellence in plastic and reconstructive surgery around the world.
