Growth Capital Partners is a boutique black-owned private equity investor which focuses on small to medium-size investment opportunities. This typically refers to companies with an enterprise value of up to R200 million. We adopt a long term partnership approach wherein we partner with an existing, or new, management team, which has operational control. We are able to assist entrepreneurs in partially or fully exiting their businesses, as well as provide management teams with capital and innovative financial structures to acquire equity in their companies. Growth Capital Partners can also provide capital to expand existing businesses, by either increasing capacity and investing in capital equipment or facilitating acquisitions of complimentary companies.
