Although fries usually get the casting call, they always end up playing a supporting role. Fries First is here to give french fries the lead they deserve. We start with basic fries; thick golden waffles, fried twice for the right crispness. Next, we take our customers on a world tour, from Los Angeles to Peru, Greece to Korea. Riffing on Carne Asada Fries, a nacho-esque french fry staple of southern-California-Mexican cuisine, Fries First throws in ingredients and flavors from a variety of countries and geographical areas. From the bold and spicy Korean fries, to the fresh and crisp Greek fries, Fries First will stretch the possibilities of Carne Asada fries, and reach beyond its California roots.
