We are a fast-growing artisan bakery based in Bishop's Cleeve, just north of Cheltenham. We bake delicious brownies, biscuits, bars, flapjacks and other sweet treats for some of the best-known names in UK retail, foodservice and luxury hamper markets. We always bake the artisan way: by hand, and with no artificial flavours or preservatives. Our expert NPD team work closely with our customers to develop bespoke, quality products that aren't found anywhere else. We began in 2010 with five people, one oven and one mixing bowl. In 2022 we moved into our purpose-built 25,000 sq ft bakery to support our expanding business, and today we now employ over 90 people. We are proudly BRCGS AA+ accredited including the Gluten Free module. We are SMETA ethical trade audited, and our bakery is EPC grade A.
