Form — an on-site coach and event host. A planning conversation before the day, then close by on the day itself — live, in-the-moment support while you lead the room yourself. An executive leadership consultant and management trainer, James has led significant consultancy projects at the organisational, leadership, team and individual level. James’s expertise is focused on using creative, experiential training styles that are proven to work in applied settings.
