edCount, LLC, is a woman-owned small business founded in 2003 by Ellen Forte, Ph.D. At edCount, we believe that quality teacher-student interactions are at the heart of any healthy education system. Since 2003, we have provided direct services to more than 18 states and U.S. territories and have provided advisory services to groups that together have included all 50 states and seven U.S. territories.
