Fierce Studios Information

Established in 2004 Fierce Studios has gone from strength to strength becoming one of the most recognised dance schools in Noosa and The Sunshine Coast area. Fierce Studios is committed to providing excellence in Performing Arts tuition in a safe, caring and nurturing environment. We aim to create young, educated dancers who achieve a high professional standard combined with emotional and physical well being. The importance of continuing and finishing high school is of upmost importance to Fierce Studios and past students have shown that this is possible, receiving OPs 1 - 5 and then continuing with their professional dance training and professional careers. Jason and the staff have all had professional dance careers and understand the pitfalls that can arise from peaking to early and having not completed Year 12. In every aspect Fierce Studios encourages young dancers to reach and train for their dreams but in the same breath will continue to explain and advise that the professional dance world is not for the faint hearted and can be quite a difficult path to take. Fierce Studios staff members have a realistic view of the professional dance world and the limited work available here and overseas. There is also the chance that situations arise where the dancer cannot perform due to injury and that he or she will need something to fall back on academically. The teachers wish to pass on their passion for dance, through careful and appropriate training with a holistic approach. Utilising their years of experience of professional training and their individual professionally careers. The staff of Fierce Studios recognise the value of their own Continued Professional Development (CPD) and frequently update their skills and knowledge through teacher workshops, seminars and education.
