FieldPros was founded in 2004 by John Meyer, a former teacher and sales rep for an education technology company. Now, nearly half our employees are former K-12 educators or university adjunct professors. We know the industry and the unlimited impact innovative education companies make on teaching and learning. From our headquarters in Lafayette, Colorado, we serve a national client base comprised of software, services and hardware for K-12 school districts and/or Higher Education institutions. FieldPros has three separate teams including Retained Executive Search for K-12 and Higher Education clients, a Contingency Recruiting team for our K-12 clients and a Contingency Recruiting team for our Higher Education Clients. Mission At FieldPros, our mission is to help our clients improve teaching and learning. We dedicate ourselves to knowing our clients almost as well as an employee would. We represent companies we believe in and make connections that help our candidates and clients reach their common goals. We carefully select clients that make a direct impact on teachers’ and students’ lives. Clients work with us because we understand their challenges and can persuade candidates to interview with our clients – even if they were not previously considering new opportunities.
