F.E.A.S.T. Information

F.E.A.S.T. (Families Empowered and Supporting Treatment of Eating Disorders) is a global nonprofit run by and for the parents and caregivers of people with eating disorders. We provide education and peer support to families facing an eating disorder, from diagnosis through recovery. An eating disorder pulls in the whole family. Caregivers are often left exhausted and unsure how to help, with little guidance for what happens at home between appointments. FEAST exists for them. Founded by parents who have been through it themselves, we give caregivers practical skills, reliable information, and a community of people who understand. Our programs are open to every family, with free access and scholarships for anyone who needs them, so cost never keeps a caregiver from getting support. What we offer: • Peer-to-peer support from experienced caregivers • Evidence-based education on eating disorders, treatment, and recovery • Practical guidance for meals, school, relapse, and daily life • Webinars, family guides, a podcast, educational materials, online forums, and a worldwide caregiver community We also work with the clinicians, treatment teams, and researchers who refer families to FEAST for the caregiver support that continues outside the clinic.
