Espresso Elevado is an artisan coffee roaster & brew bar with an organic, sustainable focus in Plymouth, MI. This shop is the epitome of independent business; an original concept born from the long-time vision of its founder, Teresa Pilarz, who grew up and went to school in the Plymouth-Canton area. Our mission is to craft & share coffee in a way that elevates the quality of the beverage as well as people's ability to appreciate it. In our daily work we strive for our C.A.U.S.E.: to be Connected, Artistic, Unconventional, Sustainable, and Elevated. Our beans are carefully selected from small farms and cooperatives that support organic practices and fair trade. We roast and blend fresh on-site, so we'll be able to help you select your ideal coffee for home brewing. When you visit us, your coffee will always be fresh and brewed-to-order. Our menu is designed to be uncomplicated and quality-driven to accommodate purists who enjoy straight espresso or brewed coffee as well as others that like special, individually-prepared house drinks. You'll also find a delicious selection of organic and natural pastries from The Biscotti Bar and Paula's Patisseries, two other local, independent businesses.
