Since our inception in 2004, Equality Matters Ltd is a company specialising in training in Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (ED&I) and in particular the nine protected characteristics of the Equality Act 2010.(race, disability, age, gender, sexual orientation, religion, marriage and civil partnership, gender reassignment and pregnancy and maternity) and how discrimination might occur. We provide training via conventional classroom methods, and also deliver via an elearning medium. In addition, our highly popular DVD-ROM version of "The Difference is You" is narrated by the actor Craig Charles, and is available for training departments to use in their own premises as a resource as a one-off cost product. Equality Matters Ltd offer a complete solution to your equality and diversity training needs. Our elearning programme, 'The Difference is You'© is available as a fully or part managed product or can be placed on an organisation's own LMS and behind their firewall. It can be tailored to individual companies with content/examples pertinent to the organisations operations, logo etc., and is fully up to speed with the requirements of the Equality Act 2010. We also offer a consultancy services using our bank of Associate Consultants and we are able to lead organisations through the complex issue of embracing diversity, equality and inclusion and therein, all our services are targeted to help organisations of all sizes avoid discrimination in employment and services.
