EqualEngineers connects inclusive organisations with diverse talent in engineering and technology. We specifically target female; ethnic minority; lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT+); and disabled engineers. We focus on emerging talent (engineering students, graduates and interns), and in particular those from a lower socio-economic background and our service also caters for experienced hires. We deliver a comprehensive suite of services including events such as careers fairs and insight days; a job platform for you to advertise your vacancies; a media service to help promote and enhance your employer brand; and training and consultancy support for all aspects in relation to equality, diversity and inclusion.
