From 2012 - 2026, Code2040 supported a community of Black and Latinx technologists and their allies who advocated for a more equitable, inclusive, and prosperous economy. Through high-impact direct service programs, robust in-person and online community engagement, dynamic storytelling and knowledge sharing, Code2040 empowered and mobilized diversity champions across the industry for nearly 15 years.
