The intensive Academy programme for new recruitment consultants and resourcers launches in February 2011. Lander and Elite have pooled their skills and experience to develop a comprehensive attraction, selection and training programme that selects the best for you. Who are we? Elite Academy is a collaboration between Lander Associates and Elite Leaders. Headed up by Fiona Lander, with project managers Cathy Jarratt and Paul Marsh, the Academy team has extensive experience in the recruitment sector. They have successfully managed talent acquisition projects, assessment centres and have the skill and expertise to design and deliver complete induction programmes. Fiona, Cathy and Paul work alongside Social Media Manager Rachel Gould and Marketing Manager Julia Young and there is also full back office support from Emma Thompson. The training programme is delivered by the Lander Associates award winning team of trainers including Julian Evans, Toby Buckle and Paul.
