Elevate Information

Elevate is a registered coaching charity, that aims to create coaching communities in order to lift aspirations, raise skills and improve community. We work with educators, pupils and volunteers to support pupil well-being. MISSION: To transform our community one person at a time by inspiring individuals to achieve their potential and break out of the habits that hold them back. VALUES: We have an I am, I have, I can and I will approach, with the desire to deliver a WOW service to transform the lives of others for the better. We want to do this with determination, ethically, with open-mindedness, creativity, honesty, bravery, energy, enthusiasm and humility. Our aim is to create loving environments where people work and play together, are passionate about encouraging each other's skill, abilities and strengths and developing our own selves. We always want to be growing and always want to keep learning. METHOD: Our primary focus is coaching because we believe in the power of coaching as a collaborative and egalitarian relationship that allows the coachees to access their inner resourcefulness that encourages them to take charge of their lives to achieve their stated goals, rather than focus on their problems.
