As tea experts, they know the flavours, stories and rituals behind every blend — and love helping customers find their perfect cup. In the heart of Collingwood, our support office is where ideas steep. Fuelled by endless pots of tea and inspired by its eclectic neighbourhood, our teams collaborate across brand, e-commerce, wholesale, technology, operations, strategy and more to create the next delicious thing. Our Melbourne distribution centre keeps the tea moving. It’s the operational hub that sends tea, teawares and gifts to our stores and directly to tea lovers’ doors. With a team of 30, it’s a lively, hands-on environment where every parcel helps make someone’s day a little more delicious. Since the first Argo Tea Café opened in Chicago in 2003, Argo has been committed to sustainable business practices, offering a delicious and innovative tea-centric menu that supports healthy lifestyles and conserves our planet’s resources. We are dedicated to delivering consistent quality and a genuine customer experience "one customer and one cup at a time," and to providing the "Argo experience" through our innovative approach of rediscovering the diversity and tradition of teas. In 2023, The Planting Hope Company acquired Argo Tea and continues to operate the 8 licensed cafés on college campuses on the east coast.
