Founded by Dr Charles Levinson in 1989 as the UK’s first private visiting doctor service in London, Doctorcall now provides same-day private GP home visits across the UK and Ireland. Our service operates 24/7, 365 days a year, with Live ETAs in London so patients can see when their doctor is expected to arrive. We care for individuals and support businesses, hotels, private GPs, healthcare partners and assistance organisations. Our vision is to make timely, compassionate private healthcare accessible wherever it is needed and tailored to each patient. Through our national network, membership care and patient-friendly technology, we make care easier to access and more personal. Innovation has always been part of our approach. We pioneered the flu vaccination voucher scheme and were among the first providers to deliver large-scale workplace flu vaccination programmes outside the NHS. Today, we continue to improve access through digital tools and our nationwide medical network. Doctorcall is regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). Our doctors and clinical staff are appropriately qualified, trained and registered with relevant professional bodies, including the General Medical Council (GMC) and Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
