Medicspot is a UK online medical weight management service. Each person completes an online clinical assessment, and where clinically appropriate a UK-registered prescriber provides treatment, supported by health coaching and aftercare. Medicspot was founded in 2016. Since October 2024 it has focused only on medical weight management. It no longer offers private GP appointments or COVID-19 testing, and it has no walk-in locations. In a survey of 120 Medicspot members run between May and September 2025, 91% said losing weight had felt easier on this programme than ever before, and 83% felt personally supported by their health coach. In May 2026 Medicspot became part of Doctor Care Anywhere Group. It is the trading name of DCA Medicspot Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 17197806.
