DIDSBURY THEATRE SCHOOL Information

Didsbury Theatre School was founded over 25 years ago. Our philosophy is to teach a wide range of performing arts disciplines to a high standard and nurture a life-long love of the performing arts. We want to do this in a safe and positive environment. The staff and pupils at Didsbury Theatre School are passionate about performing arts and creative expression. The school provides learning opportunities in a range of disciplines, either for fun or for development towards a professional career. University points can be attained for students studying higher Ballet and Drama Grades. Children follow internationally renowned dance and musical theatre syllabi (IDTA and LAMDA). As well as learning new skills, they grow in confidence and develop self-discipline, while keeping fit and healthy. They build life-long friendships in a safe environment and most importantly, they have a lot of fun! Classes (Age 2-18+) include Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Drama, Musical Theatre, Street Dance, Singing, Acrobatics and Yoga.
