Delt is a shared services partnership created by and for the public sector, bringing together local government and the NHS to deliver essential business services in a different way. Founded on the belief that keeping services local matters, Delt challenges traditional outsourcing models by retaining skills, knowledge and investment within the communities we serve. We are an arm’s-length company, publicly owned but operating with the agility and commercial focus of a private organisation. The model works.
