Established in 2003 by a husband and wife team, Frank and Rima Criniti have expanded the empire across venues in Sydney's most popular dining districts - Woolloomooloo Wharf, Manly, Darling Harbour, Parramatta and Castle Hill. In 2015, Criniti's opened in Carlton, Melbourne and another venue to the State of Victoria, at Melbourne's famous Southbank in 2016. Newcastle has also become home to the Criniti's restaurants in late 2015 at Westfield Kotara.
