V/Line is connecting our communities. We are Australia’s largest regional public transport operator and customers take more than 17 million trips on V/Line train and coach services each year. Through our Customer Charter we are committed to making each journey safe, comfortable and reliable, as well as being helpful and keeping customers informed. V/Line has more than 2200 staff across more than 700 different positions working at 74 locations across the network.
