His Island Outreach of Roatán, Honduras joined forces with four entrepreneurial students from Westmont College to develop this fundraising event. The attendees of this virtual cooking class worked within the confines of CDC COVID-19 restrictions and donated the funds necessary to start the first native school on the island of Roatán. Some of the original group are remaining involved in order to develop ways to sustain the school and provide jobs for Roatánian's.
