Colantonio Inc. Information

Established in 1978, Colantonio is a $120 million firm offering preconstruction, general contracting, and construction management services. We specialize in the academic, affordable housing, municipal and historical restoration markets, with a focus on complex renovations. In these competitive times, we offer our clients and employees the benefits of experience, self-performance, and a family-like culture. EXPERIENCE Our preconstruction, project management and superintendent staff are deeply experienced, providing every one of our projects an "A" team. These teams are supported by a crew of highly skilled union carpenters that have been with the company for more than 30 years. SELF-PERFORMANCE Unlike most comparable firms today, Colantonio self performs in many trades, including site work and carpentry. First-hand knowledge of the work gives us the edge on minimizing costs, controlling the schedule, and ensuring the highest quality of work. FAMILY-LIKE CULTURE We are both a team and a family at Colantonio. We encourage a warm and friendly work environment, where employees are respected and their opinions valued. Our culture has a positive influence on our team: we take initiative when we notice issues so that your project can succeed; we take ownership of issues and collaborate with you whenever challenges arise; and we strive to create harmony with each other and with you.
