We are a family owned buisness for over 15 years. Eze-Breeze windows: You love the outdoor sights, sounds and smells while in your screen porch but…you hate the mess. Your furniture and carpet are constantly wet and dirty, the wind can be relentless, and the snow!! There are several solutions to these problems: Clean and dry your furniture every time you use your porch, cover ever thing up when not in use, cover the screen with plastic, don’t ever use your porch, OR you can choose to have Brown Construction install “Eze-Breeze” windows for you. These three season windows give you the best of both worlds. You can continue to love the outdoor feeling that your screen porch gives you. But now you control the elements, they don’t control you. These three season windows allow 75% of your existing screen area when fully open, and are custom made to fit your existing screen openings. Additions: You dread the thought of moving, you like your neighborhood, your location, and your house except…You wish you had a den, a master suite, a family room or a three season room. You have always wanted a deck. An extra bay in the garage would sure relieve a lot of those storage problems. A pergola would really dress up that patio area, and it would be a nice shaded place to enjoy those lazy summer days.
