Clearview Minds was formed to support young adults growing up. Remember those days as a teenager and think of it now? Not to mention the added element of social media and what that can bring - the pressure for teenagers these days can be very high. We build bridges between the school yard and the workplace through group and individual sessions, using technology to provide a range of tools for immediate use. Not being age biased we also work with those more established in their careers, typically through a range of management development, team development, coaching and customer service programmes - working closely with our clients to understand their attributes and what areas need further enhancement. We utilise a range of tools including Neuro Linguistic Programming, psychometric tests, mock interviews, coaching, assessment centres, storytelling and games. Great fun and experiential learning. Our programmes combine the practicalities of assessment with interactive training sessions, allowing participants to learn how to make the best of themselves whilst understanding their own personal impact on others. Our team have been carefully selected due to their ethos, capability and experience. We bring practical experience from a wide range of industries from fast track recruitment initiatives to carefully designed assessment centres.
