We specialise in a traditional, natural and unadulterated style of Ciabatta bread refined through a simple and effective baking process, maintaining a wholesome quality. Though Ciabatta bread is our mainstay, we also have a range of other breads which include, Focaccia, Brioche and Turkish Bread as well, which all vary in size and style. All of our breads are crafted by hand, with the exception of our mixers, which means that we do not have to alter the bread in any significant way to make sure it can deal with being weighed, cut and divided by machines. This would affect the quality in a major way. We are a local South Australian business, creating breads suited to the needs of local hospitality businesses as well as establishments that cater and hold functions across the state.
