Here at Chefoholics we want to work with a select group of clients to provide a professional and personal service. Bearing this in mind we aim to become the first point of contact for our clients as and when they have any recruitment needs whether it be in the kitchen or front of house. Our consultants have over 20 years' combined experience working in the catering and hospitality industry, giving us great insight into our client's needs and requirements. This knowledge helps us to recruit successfully and we can refer you to some of our clients who would recommend our services. As well as offering both permanent and temporary recruitment, Chefoholics can also provide the following services: RETAINED SEARCH Retained search, also known as executive search and selection or head-hunting. Here we provide search services for senior, executive, or other highly compensated positions. All candidates are suitably qualified and we present them to our clients in confidence. We also investigate whether the candidates are open to new opportunities and conduct the interview process, job offers and salary negotiations. For a retained search we work with the client exclusively, require an upfront retainer and typically charge 30 to 35 percent of the salary for the position. Payments are made according to milestones in the recruitment process, so a percentage of fees will be paid regardless of whether a hire is actually made.
