Cheffy is the consumer website of Foodware Ltd. The founders, Suna Jones and Martin 'MC' Brown got together in 2000 to plan a service that would make the whole food planning and cooking experience easier. It was a personal thing working full time but with a love of real food, they were excited by the idea of how an internet-based solution could take the hassle out of having to decide what to cook each day and what food to buy. And how planning food for friends and family with different food intolerances could be made so simple -- no more wading through dozens of cookbooks and re-calculating ingredient measures to re-size recipes. The Cheffy vision was created and the following six years have been spent building and refining the vision. Martin is an internet pioneer and programming / database expert - author of technical books published worldwide and consultant to the biggest names in software. Cooking style: Classic, gourmet. With a background in international marketing, Suna provides food and software services to food companies and appliance manufacturers. Cooking style: Unpredictable, creative. Martin and Suna work with a carefully selected team of experts who provide cooking, nutrition and web design services for Cheffy.
