Cambridge Leadership Coaching Ltd is led by Julie Horne who started the coaching practice in 2006 following a successful business sale. In 17 years Julie has built an enviable client base with Corporates, Universities, and smaller high tech businesses. Julie received her coaching certification from The Neuroleadership Group and holds the highest level Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential with the International Coach Federation (ICF). Our Mission has evolved from our work in the private corporate and University sectors. All our coaches have held leadership positions with significant line management and budgetary responsibilities. We understand the context and pressures on leaders and know how to build confidence to achieve results for the individual, their team, and their organization. The quality of leadership in an organisation has a huge impact on its ability to perform. In our work, we see that the competence of an individual leader really matters. One leader can drive significant, high value change by quietly pursuing a focused, well aligned agenda. We have developed programmes to address the needs of these key people and deliver them in a flexible client-focused format. The starting point is a one hour ‘strategy discussion session’ based around some key questions.
