Cakeable is a nonprofit workforce development program for adults who live with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We offer vocational training at Cakeable Cafe in uptown Charlotte, then work with our interns to help them find meaningful, long-term employment in the community. Our mission is to equip and empower people, businesses, and communities to achieve their fullest potential through inclusive environments.
