Broadworks services include business consulting, project, program, portfolio management and business development consulting services. Broadworks developments focus on boutique residential accommodation bringing together the Project Management skill sets in the Construction and Telecommunications industries combined. Chris Broadhead, the Managing Director, has participated in key roles including Project Director, Project, Program and Portfolio Manager for some of the Nations largest IT&T and Construction companies. His most recent roles have seen Chris assist with the development and growth of the National Broadband Network (NBN)'s Transformation, IT Governance and Supply Development programs. He was recently the Program Director for NBN's Integrated Operating Plan implementation, responsible for managing the governance, execution processes and tooling for NBN Business Transformation. Chris is a member of the Australian Institute of Project Managers and as Managing Director for Broadworks, previously a Senior Associate of Global Pacific and Construction Manager for The Gillon Group, Chris has broad experience in the creation of small to medium sized companies providing construction development and project management services. Broadworks was also responsible for the successful construction of a number of commercial and residential projects.
