Bom Combat is a registered NPO that aims to explore the causes of violence in young adolescents and channel strong emotions into proactive and prosocial behaviour, through the teachings of Martial Arts in practice and philosophy as well as individual support services. Drawing from ancient philosophies and practices, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is deeply rooted in an inclusive and essential respect for one another and this is what we ultimately want to foster in our modern society that not often complies with this principle. Our programmes follow a strategy that uses the framework of a Martial Arts based long term intervention for different target and at-risk populations.
