“Blends” is the holding company for seven concepts known as: • waterlemon - boutique juice bar & cafe • café blanc - Lebanese cuisine • living colors - casual diner • zahr el laymoun - oriental grill kitchen & café • black pepper - fine grocery • cate in style - catering • -20 degrés - ice cream studio. The seven concepts differ in essence but all meet around the necessity of providing quality food products coupled with an immaculate service. It is the central hub from where all the above companies are handled. From concept creation, to new business development, to providing management services, to running and maintaining standards in the individual businesses, to staff training, to franchising, basically every little aspect of each company is managed through Blends to ensure sustainability and consistency. Blends’ was established in 2003 and involved to become a leader in the hospitality in the MENA region.
