The Beva Group specialises in Industrial and Commercial Property Development and Investment. Beva Investments Ltd is our main Property Development company; our portfolio has a range of properties including industrial units, offices, manufacturing and distribution premises across the North West of England. We have a diverse range of properties available for sale or let, for immediate occupancy or for property investment purposes. We are also actively seeking new commercial development opportunities across the North West either as acquisitions or as partnership/JV opportunities. Beva Build Ltd was established to provide construction services to the Beva Group and to our clients. We specialise in commercial design and build projects of every scale including new build, refurbishment and alterations. We believe that a successful job is the result of strong teamwork between all parties in a project. Working in partnership with architects, surveyors, engineers and project managers, we can save time and reduce workload, by utilising our industry knowledge to understand design implications and recommend solutions.
