beets&roots is an innovative fast-casual restaurant chain, founded in 2016 by Michelin-starred chef Andreas Tuffentsammer and former Quandoo manager Max Kochen. Our vision is to make good and healthy food quickly and easily accessible to everyone. Every dish is freshly prepared and can be ordered in-store and online via the beets&roots online store for delivery, pick-up or catering. We are known for our delicious and healthy bowls, salads, wraps and soups and the wide range of vegan and vegetarian dishes.
