Wine: Attention is given to every detail from the north-facing sun-soaked hillside vineyards to our state of the art wine production. Our wines seek to express the uniqueness of the land and a sense of origin. A unique individual berry selection technology, wild fermentations, and gravity fed winery produce wonderful examples of Waiheke wines including Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Malbec, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Riesling, Flora and Sparkling wine. Restaurant: Thomas’s Bach Food & Wine destination is quintessentially Waiheke. Relaxed island-style eating with plates and high tea to share with family and friends. Vintage dishes, such as bacon and egg picnic pie and smashed raspberry pavlova, have been recreated adding flair and flavour with fresh ingredients and a new twist on old family favourites.
