We deliver all products in either Word or Excel. Verbatim transcripts Babbletype’s verbatim transcripts capture everything said during an event. Content is captured clean, excluding word crutches such as “um”, “ah”, “like”, “so”, etc., as well as stutters, and mis-started sentences. Full verbatim is available as an option. Edited summarized transcripts For market research only, this format eliminates interviewer introductions, summarizes interviewer questions and edits out interviewer probes while capturing respondents’ answers in clean verbatim. Intelligent Analysis Level 1: Master transcript Babbletype’s Level 1 master transcript combines all responses from all interviews into a single document. Each question from your guide is listed in the master transcript, and every respondent’s full answer is captured in order in a clean verbatim format. Level 2: Content analysis Our Level 2 content analysis starts with your master transcript and edits it down to only the content you actually need. Respondents’ answers are summarized, grouped, tagged, and sorted from most to least popular. Nuanced variances in responses are handled with sub-bullets. Relevant quotes pertaining to the majority answer are captured below the response list. All content analyses are supplied with a master transcript, so all the content is at your fingertips when you need to dig deeper. Level 3: Content summary For each question you’ll receive back a single sentence summarizing how respondents answered, along with the percentage of respondents for each answer. Your content summary is supplied with both a Level 2 content analysis and a master transcript, so you can drill down as deeply as you need. As an option, you can also provide a custom response template, and we’ll use that instead.
