Authentic Support Information

Authentic Support was created to set a new standard in the support sector. We are an outcomes-driven, collaborative organisation committed to helping people develop new skills, build meaningful social connections and, most importantly, increase their independence. By working alongside each person and their greater support network, we identify practical solutions that empower them to achieve meaningful, lasting outcomes. To keep everyone working towards the same goals, we provide comprehensive progress reviews every four months, along with an End of Plan Review, at no additional cost. These reviews help participants, families, therapists and Support Coordinators stay informed, aligned and focused on what matters most. We believe lasting outcomes are achieved through a continuous cycle of support, review, refinement, implementation, and repetition. Because meaningful progress happens when everyone is informed and working together.
