Association Services Information

Association Services provides management and accounting services to Homeowner Associations and other organizations. The company focuses on maintaining all association and account records, communication with owners, agents and title companies, posting of notices, meetings, and minutes to web sites, web site services, tax filings, newsletters, resale certificates, welcome letters, and annual meeting arrangements Additional services include neighborhood monitoring of Restrictive Covenants, contractors and other service providers to their clients. Principle owner, M. Jack Gressett, is a Community Associations Institute member, in good standing. Association Services currently manages over 15 associations and was established in 2002 as a division of Advertising Mail Corporation, a direct mail marketing firm, with digital, variable data printing capability.
