That means conservation of our natural resources, making smarter environmental choices, using papers made with recycled content, manufactured using non-polluting renewable energy, manufactured without elemental chlorine or chlorine derivatives. At Artision we support "Green" paper production and we use paper produced with low emissions and low climate impacts. RECYCLED PAPER : We use papers made from recycled fibers from 30% to 100% post consumer waste (PCW). RECYCLE or REUSE : We recycle 100% of our cardstock scraps. Nothing goes to waste - all cardstock scraps are first shredded then composted into a rich soil. Materials that are not compostable are sent to recycle. SUSTAINABLE FORESTRY: We use papers that are Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certified to come from responsibly managed forests, are made using 100% renewable energy sources. RENEWABLE ENERGY: We use cardstock paper that is certified by Green-e to be manufactured using non-polluting renewable energy. CHLORINE FREE: All 100% post consumer recycled papers are manufactured from sustainable raw materials and are free of chlorine chemistry.
