AiShinKai offers holistic training programs spanning Leadership Development, Conflict Resolution, and Team Management for business clients and community groups, as well as traditional and modern martial arts and cultural arts training for individuals, school groups, and community organizations. AiShinKai members have access to an unusually wide array of disciplines and experiences. There is an old expression from Japanese culture, "Bun-Bu-Ryo-Do:" the study of martial arts and classical knowledge go hand-in-hand to create a complete human being. We offer a classic educational experience to our members. Since our founding we have sponsored hundreds of self-mastery programs for businesses, schools and community groups across North America. We have trained business leaders across a wide spectrum of inductries, graduated more than 75 martial arts black belts, and won social and civic recognition. In addition, AiShinKai members consistently achieve awards and trophies in national and international martial arts competition. Our proven method to achieve self-mastery and our appreciation of Japanese martial arts culture has benefited thousands of adults and children across North America, and contributed to the growth and development of the next generation of our nation's social and civic leaders.
