Ikigai Information

Ikigai Montreal is a platform that aims to direct motivated professionals to fulfilling careers by guiding them to positions in companies that have a social mission. We facilitate the search for new opportunities by including the impact of the company along with the job type. The concept of Ikigai comes from Japan, it’s an expression that translates to “reason for living”. It's a philosophy on what core elements constitute a dream job or vocation. One thing that people feel is missing in their everyday work routine is a sense of purpose. Working towards a project that has a good social impact is very rewarding. Our mission as an organization is to help individuals find their true vocations.
