Aiki-Centre Information

Aiki-Centre provides an exciting and fresh approach to martial arts specifically Aikido and self defence training. Many comment on the 'welcoming feel', 'great training enviroment' 'professional approach' and 'excellent technical advice'. Aiki-Centre is a family friendly training environment with a very popular Aikido program for children. Both men and women enjoy our training with a wide range of age groups represented on the mat. Catherine Sensei teaches most classes and is assisted by senior members of the dojo. Over the past few years we have included Boxing for fitness training at Aiki-Centre installing quality boxing equipment with individual and group boxing classes available. Catherine is a NCAS registered boxing coach with Australian Sports Commission and Boxing Australia. Aiki-Centre is also a registered and accredited Boxercise facility through the Australian Academy of Boxing. In addition to the above Aiki-Centre & Personal Safety Concepts hold current the appropriate professional insurances, first aid training, Certificate IV in Assessment & Workplace Training and relevant police records checks through the Victorian Government Working With Children Check (WWCC).
