AIBUILD is a Melbourne-based AI venture builder that helps industry leaders turn bold ideas and deep domain knowledge into AI products, platforms and new ventures. Unlike traditional software outsourcing companies, we do not simply build to a specification. We work with ambitious partners to identify high-value industry problems, design AI-enabled solutions, deploy them in real operating environments, and commercialise them as scalable products or new companies. Our partners bring validated problems, operating capability, industry capital and deep domain knowledge. AIBUILD brings AI engineering, university research capability, product development, venture-building experience and shared operating infrastructure. Together, we build ventures that can move faster, learn from real users earlier and scale more efficiently than standalone startups. Founded in 2017, AIBUILD has contributed to more than AUD 20 million in Australian government-backed research and innovation projects over the past five years, and attracted over AUD 10 million in industry partner support and co-investment. Our portfolio spans aged care AI and robotics, built environment AI, and vertical operations AI, including supply chain, logistics, retail and industrial automation. Flagship ventures include Argyx, an AI platform for supply chain and infrastructure intelligence; Vivenex AI, an AI companion robotics venture for aged care; and Roboly, a robotics rental, operator services and intelligent robotics solutions venture for commercial, retail and service environments.
