Agile Affinity LLP is a boutique coaching consultancy specialising in world-class Agile Coaching. We believe in professionalising the world of agile coaching and want to reach as many people as possible. We see People opportunities, not Resource commodities! What makes us different? We walk the walk, which is why we believe the best people to learn from are those people who are coaching in the field with real teams as real Agile Coaches. Therefore all our trainers, coach more than they train, to bring the real-world examples into the classroom. Our trainers are ICF certified, ORSC Trained, and officially approved as Training from the BACK of the Room! trainers. In addition, all of our coaches are Scrum Alliance Certified Agile Coaches which means they have been assessed by their peers as experts in Agile Coaching and can also provide mentoring for aspiring CTCs and CECs on their coaching journeys as well. As far as we are aware no other provider comes close to this level of expertise.
