AFFINITY HOME CARE is fully licensed by the IDPH as Home Care Services Agency and as Home Services Placement Agency and by IDOL as Private Employment Agency and are fully insured, bonded. Affinity Home Care is dedicated to provide exceptional, client-centered and comprehensive in-home senior care services and assist them to lead dignified and independent lives in the comfort and safety of their own homes. We only specialize in full time care whether it is a live-in or 24/7 shift care. Agency caregivers are the employees of the agency. They are screened, trained, bonded and insured. The agency handles hiring, firing, training, supervisory, all taxes and other employment obligations such as workers’ compensation, liability coverage, bond and addressing performance issues. We are a Government Contractor and service Department of Veteran Affairs and Department of Human Services. As Home Services Placement Agency and Private Employment Agency we offer caregiver placement/referral services where clients move forward with direct hire of the referred caregiver.
