ADR point is an innovation point for alternative dispute resolution services in Greece and Europe. It is the only private Center for Alternative Resolution of Consumer Disputes in Greece and one of the first private Centers for Negotiation, Mediation and Electronic Dispute Resolution in Europe. It has the approval of the national authority, Ministry of Finance & Development, General Secretariat for Commerce & Consumer Protection, it is notified to the European Commission on the basis of the 2013/11 ADR Directive and it is an official EU body registered with the EU ODR Platform.
